- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately after 6 months with College Mall Vet, I have to move on. Except our first ever appointment, the receptionists have been rude and not supportive as I expected. It's tiring to explain on the phone to them what I really wanted to do for my dog. The last time I went for a fecal test because my dog had diarrhea, the front desk lady laughed at me for bringing a small sample. I couldn't take more because it soaked to the grass and she was not nice at all. Although Dr. Gilliatt has been very nice and my dog likes her very much, I just have to move on. I have found another veterinary hospital that is more supportive and I'm glad I made the change.June 24, 2017by Cheryl Vu Tran
