- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had appt. March 2017 for a crown. After temporary crown was installed and numbness wore off, the pain started in. Big chunks of glue was stuck between my teeth, due to the lack of Dr. Allen not double checking his assistants work. Within 2 days the whole center of the temp. crown had fallen out. Decided to return since he had already ordered the new crown but, had already made an appt with a different dentist for additional work needing done, for that same day. A month later, approximately 3 hours after getting my permanent crown, I asked the new dentist to double check the new crown from that morning. He took a picture and showed me there was a hole, in my brand new crown !! After consulting with Dr. Allen on the issue, I requested a refund of my out of pocket expenses totaling $395. I received a check for $46. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone !!August 26, 2017by John Ross
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Allen put FIVE fillings in ONE my son's one teeth. After repeated fillings, we switched dentists. The x-rays Dr. Allen provided the new dentist showed cavity UNDER the fillings.January 07, 2017by F Ryan
