- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Franklin is kind, thorough, helpful, supportive and very knowledgeable. We felt fortunate to be able to get our child into her practice, and we like the other doctors in the group as well, which really helps when we need to go to urgent care or Dr. Franklin is booked. Dr. Franklin always seems to remember our child's specific medical history - I appreciate her thoroughness in reviewing notes and charts (or her amazing memory) and being prepared when we see her.
