- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctors seem to be highly qualified and willing to listen. I am happy with this clinic for the most part. The only thing I don't like is that you are barred from your own medical record. My previous doctor used to tell me my blood test results over the phone. I can also call anytime if I forget the test results. But this clinic requires you to pay a special visit just to get your test results. I called them a few times asking if I could get the test results before I saw the doctor, so I could do some research and think of questions to ask, but they refused to send it to me or let me pick it up in person (even though they had the results in front of them). I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment and get my test results. I am not sure if it is legal to prevent patients from getting their own medical records?December 29, 2016by Mary Lamb
